I'm Nichole,
the ORIGINAL Digital Doula.
I know what it’s like to go into labor with your head in the sand, and I do NOT recommend it.
I had a ‘less than desirable’ birth experience with my first baby that included a (likely unnecessary) C-section, separation for his first hours, and massive overwhelm.
That experience left me feeling depleted and like I had missed out on the magical birth experience I had heard other moms talking about. I was determined to do things differently the second time around.
During my private in-home birth class (there were no online classes at the time), I expressed that I just couldn’t understand HOW the baby would fit through THERE (gestures to vagina). My birth educator showed me how the baby turns and moves through your pelvis in labor. That was it. It clicked. And it all started to make sense.
Spoiler alert: I went on to have two more incredibly empowering vaginal births...including one on my bedroom floor! #whoops
I learned what my body was capable of and realized that other women needed to learn about it, too.
This is why I’m passionate AF about preparing families for birth, because I want you to feel as empowered and prepared as I became when your big day comes. I want you to have a better birth experience by becoming armed with knowledge and doing what feels right for your body and your baby.
Oh, and here’s the best part - I bring the classes to you. On your laptop, phone, or ear pods, because putting on pants to drive to in-person classes is so pre-2020.

I also teach you how to learn to listen to and trust your intuition. It’s the “I” word that has all but disappeared from modern birthing, but it’s that very primal instinct that anchored and supported millions of women before us.
Each module comes in video and audio format and includes access to all the slides for future reference as well as handouts to follow along with.
